Microsoft 365 business accounts and personal Outlook.com accounts. Each team member connects their own mailbox. If your organisation requires admin approval for new apps, your IT admin approves GoggleCRM once.

It can read your Inbox and Sent Items so that it can find emails with your contacts, but it only keeps messages to or from people already in your CRM. Everything else is ignored and not stored. Access is read-only.

No. An admin can switch AI on or off at any time. With AI off, GoggleCRM uses built-in rules for summaries, drafts and promise spotting, and no data is sent to an AI provider.

Subscribe from the billing page to carry on. If you decide not to, your account is paused and your data is kept for 30 days, so you can export it or come back.

An admin can cancel from the billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
